Sculpt & tone
Touching on strengthening the pelvic floor and core from inside out and combing this with functional everyday movement. Building up strength and stamina as well as cardio fitness.
Great class working on upper body and core while increasing metal and physical agility. Working in pairs with gloves and pads to help release tension and frustration. Great cardio and strength class.
Rise & Shine Yoga
Wake up, get moving and motivated for your day ahead. Full body workout, a moving meditation, that will improve your body and your mind. Connecting breath with movement, you will be guided through varied sequences of yoga poses which will take you on an energetic journey before coming into ‘Savasana’ (Relaxation)
Freestyle is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, freestyle pump gives you a total body workout.
This class will keep you in the fat burning zone throughout ensuring that by the end of the class your calories burnt are high.
Classes are ballet-inspired, incorporating ballet barre movements, such as plies, grand plies, demi point with Body Conditioning, essentially, barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance and functional training, and the moves are choreographed. This is a total body workout that lifts your seat, tones your thighs, abs, and arms, and burns fat in record- breaking time. All Barre classes are different so always go in to a new class with an open mind.
FISH 30 and 45
(FUNCTIONAL INTERVAL STRENGTH HITT)
Group workout in a structured interval training setting focusing on resistance training, body weight, plyometrics and mobility. Combining functional movements and intense cardio to create the ideal metabolic demand for effective long-term fat loss and overall conditioning. We use all different types of equipment from battle rope, kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, ladders and body weight.
Ride & Strength
A 45 great combination class of intense cardio on the bike and weights. Focusing on specific muscles groups to feel the burn. Whether you want to tone up, get stronger or bigger this class is for you.
