Before you decide to embark on your new journey we offer a complimentary consultation in order to discuss your goals and talk through any questions you have 


We have tailored our training packages to ensure you get the best support possible while you are training with us and working towards your goal. 

Our aim is to fully support you on your journey and give you the tools you need to feel confident in yourself and the every day decisions you make.

We ask clients to commit to a minimum of 3 months as this is the minimum time required in order to make and see changes. 

All packages include the following ;

  • A personalized bespoke and individual training program from one of our highly qualified team

  • 1-2-1 training weekly depending on the package you choose

  • Personalized home programs

  • Nutritional support - Food diary and advice.

  • 10% OFF our classes during training

  • 10% OFF massage treatments during training



1 session a week £216 per month



2 sessions a week £407 per month



3 sessions a week £585 per month
